Internships

Espima Business School supports you throughout your internship, guiding you as you take your first steps into the professional world.

OUR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

At ESPIMA Business School, we believe it is essential to complement academic knowledge with practical training. That’s why we are committed to supporting our students with valuable work placements.

Our goal is to produce graduates who have developed real professional skills through extensive hands-on experience. The greatest advantage of this approach is that our students are exposed to real-life situations throughout their training, preparing them for the demands of the professional world.

Our internships

The introductory work placement is compulsory and lasts a minimum of 2 months for second-year Bachelor's students in Management and a minimum of 3 months for third-year Bachelor's students in Computer Science.

The purpose of this internship is to familiarize students with different professional environments, introduce them to various business activities, and develop their observation skills, helping them validate their academic learning.
During the internship, students will explore various aspects of corporate life, such as time management, project management, and teamwork, gaining a deeper understanding of how the business world operates.
At the end of the internship, students are required to present their experience within the company by defending their internship report before a jury and completing a graded oral exam.

The end-of-studies project internship is a compulsory program that students must complete during their final semester. It lasts a minimum of 12 weeks and aims to enable students to apply their technical skills in a professional setting.

During the internship, ESPIMA Business School assigns a teacher-supervisor to each student. This supervisor is responsible for monitoring the progress of the internship and maintaining regular communication with the host company.
The PFE internship is evaluated by the host company, and students are required to submit a detailed report summarizing both the theoretical and practical aspects of their professional experience.
Successful completion of the internship is mandatory to validate the final semester and obtain the Master's degree.
ESPIMA Business School's internship department supports students by offering a wide range of relevant internship topics and connections with host companies.

ESPIMA Business School offers Master's students the opportunity to participate in work- study placements, allowing them to gain practical experience while pursuing their studies. Through this program, students spend two days per week interning at a company and the remaining days attending classes at EBS. This approach enables students to develop professional skills while building connections with the business world. Work-study placements also provide students with the advantage of potentially being hired by one of our partner companies. Moreover, this experience equips them with valuable expertise and self-confidence, making their transition into the professional world smoother and more successful.
